Events & Workshops
Every week we provide nutrition, lifestyle and business coaching workshops, focusing on the right whole food choices for your goals, as well as showcasing our nutrient support programs provided by our Nutrition Partner and demonstrating how to incorporate into your daily lifestyle. Further to the nutrition workshops we kick start the week with our Business Showcase Information Session followed by our new Next Steps Business Workshops and Courses. This is our dedicated time to working on personal and professional development. Our Health Products & Nutrition Sessions as well as our Business Coaching Academies will help you excel and enhance your results in your physical health & wellness, and learn the fundamentals of building your own business. Plus we have a fun community group fitness session once a week for all ages and all fitness levels.
